Our Efficient Scrum Master Course (ESM) is an exclusive course which will take you on a journey of how you can become an Efficient Scrum Master with practical knowledge. This journey will lead you to become more confident and coherent in your field and increase your confidence of working with agile. The training would be for about 58 hours and you would gain the life experience of an actual Scrum Master. You will be able to build a strong essential knowledge of all the aspects of Agile and the details of Scrum/ Kanban Framework. Apart from that in this journey you will understand and would be a part of Scrum Events/Ceremony, Report, Communication and ALM Tools (Jira, Rally, Azure Boards Etc.). You would then have fun discovering and learning how to function all of your knowledge in a live project and a Sprint with your team members. Then as a cherry on the top, the trainer of your course would prepare you for your future in the field by having debates, Question-Answers Sessions, Interview Preparation and Mock Interviews.
